How does Magnetic Spiking Intelligence detect anomalies ?

The edge module samples raw analog signals at ≥ 10 kHz, converts them into timing-rich “fingerprints”, and compares each new fingerprint to a self-learning baseline in real time.

Any drift outside the normal envelope is flagged as an anomaly within milliseconds.

How is Golana different from other predictive-maintenance solutions ?

The platform accepts any analog signal at ≥ 10 kHz (current, vibration, magnetic field, acoustic, optical, temperature, and more) with no re-engineering required.

Installation & Setup

What tools or skills are needed to mount the sensor on a machine ?

We supply pre-cabled sensors that maintenance technicians, or our team, can screw, seal or glue in place.

No special tools or skills are required.

How long does the learning or “baseline” period take ?

Typically 3 hours to 5 days, depending on cycle time and process variability.

What kinds of machines or signals can you monitor ?

It covers everything from standard rotary assets (motors, pumps, compressors) to complex process machinery.

Because our system learns directly from high-bandwidth waveform streams, the solution is truly asset-agnostic: no machine-specific fine-tuning is required.

 

The result is an all-in-one system you can roll out to any piece of equipment, across all you plant.

Can I move the device to another asset without factory support ?

Yes.

 

Simply relocate the module and trigger a one-click re-learn to build a new baseline on the fresh equipment.

Connectivity & Integration

What happens to alerting if the network drops ?

In an on-premises setup no Internet connection is used unless explicitly requested by you (e.g. for maintenance or repair).

Therefore, nothing changes on a connection drop.

 

On a cloud setup, our system integrates a data buffer so that short network interruptions do not imply data loss. Processed data and analysis will be available whenever the Internet connection is reestablished.

How does the module interface with my SCADA / MES / CMMS platform ?

We can develop interfaces with the platform of your choice.

Data & Security

How much raw data leaves my facility ?

All data acquired by the installed sensors will be stored and processed.

 

You can choose at any point to securely erase all or part of them.

Is the data encrypted in transit and at rest ?

Data is encrypted both in transit and once stored in our infrastructure with state of the art encryption technology.

Can the system run fully on-prem with no cloud storage ?

All analytics run locally on the edge device.

Only data storage and dashboards need a back end. You can choose:

  1. Full on-prem : we install a sealed server inside your network or connect to one you already own; nothing leaves the site.

  2. Your cloud : stream to your own (AWS, Azure, private tenancy)

  3. Golana cloud : use our managed cloud.

 

You can switch between options as your security posture evolves.

Performance & Reliability

How do I see the data and alerts ?

A browser-based dashboard presents color-coded anomaly tiles, live trend graphs, and interactive root-cause view, while real-time alerts and reports appear on the dashboard and are simultaneously emailed to your team.

What is the operating temperature and IP rating of the hardware ?

The acquisition module is rated -20 °C to +70 °C (-4 °F to +158 °F) in its standard enclosure and maintains an IP 67 seal (dust-tight, 1 m water immersion for 30 min).

How are recommended interventions generated ?

Our proprietary AI automatically generates a corrective-action report for each anomaly.

Can the platform quantify cost savings or downtime avoidance ?

Upload your cost tables or OEE/downtime logs (hourly production rate, labour, scrap cost, etc.) and the dashboard can automatically converts avoided faults into quantified savings and uptime gained.
